Lesssandra Grimley took up painting when she was 28-years old and convalescing from an illness. Over the years she has studied art at Miami-Dade Community College, University of Tennessee, Foothills College in Los Altos, California and Mohave Community College. In 2007 she was a founder of the Southwest Artisan’s Cooperative, which was a collective of artists in the tri-state area of California, Nevada and Arizona and their art gallery, besides displaying local artwork, gave workshops and classes in many art mediums.
Some of her favored art mediums are oil, acrylics and mixed media. Lessandra has great enthusiasm for photography, both of a realistic and abstract nature, mirroring her tastes in painting. Her artwork is displayed worldwide. All her work on Fine Art America is available for purchase in many different forms of print, on paper, metal, wood or canvas, framed or unframed; and it can also be applied to other products, such as greeting cards, many home and clothes product.
